# Sherpa trademark policy (draft)

The Sherpa name, the switchback mark and the wordmark identify official builds of this project.
You may fork and modify the code under its licences. You may not use the Sherpa name or marks for a fork
or a hosted service unless it keeps the invariants in CONSTITUTION.md, including the published builder share,
and says clearly that it is not an official build. Use "built on Sherpa" to describe compatible forks.
